Celebrations, Presentations, Performances
We charge $599 for less than a half day video shoot or $1199 for a full day event (greater than 4 hours) of recording. This includes 1 manned camera, and additional static camera angles. If additional manned cameras are required, there would be an additional $200 fee per camera operator.
Use of wireless mics, video mixer/recorder and other necessary gear are included in our rates, as well as post editing of the event. Finished content can be provided to you in the form of downloadable files, or files on usb,
DVD or Bluray discs are only available by special request and will be an additional $300.
Depending on your event, live streaming can be an option.
We are able to travel for events, however there will be extra fees to cover mileage and accommodations.
Weddings
Full coverage of a wedding is $2,499. Every wedding gets a 3 camera shoot with at least 2 manned cameras. This includes the ceremony and coverage of all key aspects of the reception (cake cutting, dances, limo, bouquet toss, etc.) to ensure we capture the most of your special day.
We also offer the option to capture just the wedding ceremony for $999. This option still includes a 3 camera shoot with at least 2 manned cameras.
We like to attend the rehearsal if possible so that we can prep, view the venue, and have all the details taken care of before your big day.
Our rate includes post editing of the event. Finished content can be provided to you in the form of downloadable files, files on usb, and/or choice of (3) DVD or Bluray discs. Extra copies to share with family and friends are available for $15 each.
Photography
Looking for some candid photos to capture an event or some photos of your business for a website or social media? Basic photo shoots are $600. Final photos are shared digitally for easy download and use.
